Prepare dishes as delicious as in a restaurant

Ingredients:

- 1 pound mixed seafood (eg shrimp, mussels, squid, scallops)

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 carrot, diced

- 1 stalk of celery, diced

- 1 can of diced tomatoes

- 4 cups fish stock or seafood stock

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper for taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh parsley for decoration.

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots and celery and sauté until soft.

2. Add diced tomatoes, fish stock, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes.

3. Add the seafood mixture to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

5. Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

6. Enjoy homemade seafood soup!
