Ingredients: 1 pound seafood mix (e.g. shrimp, mussels, squid, scallops), onion, garlic, carrot, celery, canned diced tomatoes, fish or seafood broth, dried thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh parsley.
Instructions: Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, celery. Add tomatoes, broth, herbs, cook. Add seafood mix, simmer. Adjust seasoning. Serve with parsley. Enjoy homemade seafood soup!
