Delicious homemade cheesecake!
Ingredients: For crust: - 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs - 1/4 cup granulated sugar - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. For filling: - 3 packs (8 oz) cream cheese, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 3 large eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). 2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 mins, then cool. 3. Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and flour. 4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 45-50 mins. 5. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside for 1 hour. 6. Cool completely, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 7. Serve chilled, enjoy!
